Support Sprockets

The Sprockets Toronto International Film Festival for Children brings Toronto kids great films from around the world. The films teach them about other cultures and new ideas while also entertaining. When you donate to Sprockets you are educating and engaging our young people and maybe inspiring Canada’s next generation of fabulous filmmakers.

Supporting Sprockets means making special initiatives like Pocket Fund and Special Delivery possible.

The Pocket Fund is an outreach initiative created to introduce young people from all circumstances to Sprockets film screenings and film-craft workshops during the festival. Many schools, families and community groups lack the financial means to participate in Sprockets programmes. Philanthropic donations to the Pocket Fund ensure equal access for all young people in our community.

Special Delivery is a TIFF programme that reaches out to youth in under-served local communities who may not otherwise have access to the film festival experience. Special Delivery brings film screenings, director discussions and film-craft workshops to schools and community groups free of charge. Over the past seven years, Special Delivery has reached almost 10,000 children and youth across the Greater Toronto Area.
